Alas, despite weeks/months of trying, venues in 2022 have been booked-up well in advance, so we are instead looking to book for 2023. However, never one to give-up, and definitely not on 2022, we've found a great central (UK) venue to host 1 BIG event, so that we can all still get together.

Yes it requires some travel, but we'll do our best to make it worth it. All the exciting news, as we get things booked-in, will be announced below and across our social.

Thanks for bearing with us. We really hope to see you there.

How much are tickets?

4-wheeled / car tickets = £20, either a ‘display car’ space or a ‘general car parking’ space (see question below). This ticket admits 1 adult (over 16).

2-wheeled / Motorbike tickets = £15. This ticket admits 1 adult (over 16).

Walk-in / Passenger tickets, or anyone not in a car (aged 10 or over) = £10

Children under 10 are free, but you still need to ‘buy’ an FOC ticket, so we can keep track of numbers.

Tickets (especially child ones) will be capped based on the maximum numbers we are permitting per day.

Don't forget, your ticket(s) is/are e-tickets ONLY. Nothing will be posted. Simply show your QR code (on your e-ticket) at the gate and we will scan you in. Simples!

What are the show times (open and close)?

The show opens at 9am, however, all ‘display cars’ will need to be on-site before then, see parking options/requirements below.

The show closes - officially - at 8pm, however, ‘Display’ cars can leave from 5pm. From 5pm (we hope) there will be some local bands playing for those wishing to stay on and maximise the day. We'll confirm this ASAP, subject to confirming 1 or 2 good local bands.

Can I pay/turn-up on the day?

This completely depends on whether tickets have sold out in advance and the website and our social pages will clearly show if tickets are sold out. If we are not sold out, then then yes, you can turn up and pay on the gate; however, if we are sold out, then we will sadly have to refuse you. PLEASE check our website before you leave home.

What is the site address?

Grange Farm Leisure Ltd
Wittering Grange
Wansford
Peterborough.
PE8 6NR

Where and how will I park my car?

There are 3 parking options:

1st option is for ‘Display Cars/Bikes’ in the show itself. These spaces will be allocated (strictly) on a first-come-first-served basis from Display Car/Bike tickets, unless wheels are specifically invited by Jonny/TLBS. If you are in the main show, then you need to be on site by 8.30am latest and you cannot leave until the show starts closing at 5pm – due to pedestrian traffic moving around.

2nd option is for ‘Display Cars/Bikes’ that miss out on being in the main show and/or want to arrive/leave early, and these wheels will be parked FIRST in the ‘general parking’ field right next door to the show.

3rd option is simply ‘General parking’ (cars or bikes) and will be parked furthest away, although still super close to the main show.

Will there be activities for children/families?

Aside of LOTS of amazing metal to look at, there will be some bouncy castles, a couple of small fair rides and some face painting. We do however, always say, if your kids haven’t followed in your cars/metal footsteps then be prepared to entertain them.

What is your accessibility policy?

The site is a relatively flat field, so should be accessible for all, however, the surface will be uneven by nature, so please be mindful if you plan to use a wheelchair on-site.

There are ‘disabled’ toilets at various points of the event, and all catering facilities are well versed in trading with ‘less mobile’ customers.

Should you require any particular assistance on the day, please email in advance to chat though your requirements: tour@thelatebrakeshow.com

What food choices will be available?

There will be multiple food and drink vendors at the event, catering for all dietary requirements. If you have extra-specific requirements, we recommend a packed lunch.

Can I change/cancel my ticket?

Ticket amendments can be done via your unique booking (see your booking confirmation email), and is it this flexibility that warranted us using Eventbrite as a ticket solution. The service charge added to your ticket means that you have this ‘amend my booking’ option... After the ticket queries from our previous tours, this 'function' seemed a key requirement.

Apologies, but tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. If you wish to change your booking information, then as stated above, this can be done via your unique booking (see your booking confirmation email). We cannot and will not get involved in any ticket re-sale/re-gift matters.

Always a popular question: Are dogs allowed?

... And the answer is always yes, subject to them being crowd-safe, on a lead and fully managed at all times. If not, we will have to politely ask you to rectify this, in order to ensure everyone feels safe and secure.
